Jennie Carlson485 days agoThey are amazing! First choice for me in the future with the current staff on hand.(Hopefully that never happens)! Amber and Chamille went out of their way. Going to jail is a scary experience. The guards were very tough on us and even mimicked us crying. They wouldn't provide toilet paper or even let us know our charges or rights. There was one good guard there that didn't treat us like we were scum. You'd here them on the phone sweet and then they would yell and get physical if you moved the wrong way. I was there one night and was the worst night of my life. I hope the system changes. Holly Bail bonds were very kind to us. Went out of their way to find help for bail and even going to the jail to recover phones for numbers we can reach for bail. They gave me a soda and snack. They treated me like a person. I can't say enough about how awesome it was going from being treated like hell, worse than I've ever been treated. We are all humans and make mistakes. After trying our luck with another (more corporate) bail bonds place and being denied, our spirits were essentially crushed. We weren’t going to give up so we reached out to Holly Bail bonds. Rosanna, Teresa and Camille got to work right away fielding dozens of phone calls from our friends and family members applying for the bond. They understand thar you probably do not want to be there but the make the process easy and smooth and stay in communication throughout the whole time, they become almost like friends! I honestly hope I never need another bail agent but if I ever do I know there's only one option and that's holly!!! Gavin Hughes1671 days agoI didn’t get the lady’s name at front desk but she was AMAZING. her concern for my daughters well being was neat to see. My daughter who just turned 18 went in on dwi for smoking a little weed with her friends. One of her friends was 17 so they gave her child endangerment also. Which made it to where we had to post bail. We called your office late at night lady answered and with in the hour I had my daughter out and in my arms. Thank you so much for being there for my daughter and making the process pleasant. And the caring for her is what really made working with your company amazing. Not only did they work with her with the business at hand; but far more importantly they took the time and effort to take care of the person on the other end of that phone. David Mcmurray2020 days agoMy name is Thomas Taylor,I've never taken the time to write a review on anything,My experience with Holly Bail Bonds,in particular Julie made it a must do in my book.so much so my phone was running slow so I used a friend's account.lets face it.not many in search of bond are having a great day..but the attentive service, genuine effort at putting something together,and the genuine non-judgmental attitude Julie showed me was beyond outstanding.when it seemed possible I may be released on my own she was the first to let me know.gave me the option and knowledge that would have cost them money..honesty.a rare commodity on both sides of the legal business..Podunk Altura Ca was 3 hrs from them.i was out quicker then most bond offices 50 yards from a jail would have done it..if you find yourself having a bad day due to the handcuff flu don't worry about calling anyone else.at minimum call Holly bail bonds,I could and should have been in a holding cell as I write this..but thanks to Julie and Holly bail bonds I'm chilling out at home with my feet up..If you can't do the time don't do the crime.but if you do do the crime and want to shorten the time call them..going to court "in custody" is strike one.thank you guysPosted on Google

Shawn M.1192 days agothere's never a good time to get arrested especially when you're from out of town which was the case for me just recently. I was arrested and booked for a case that dates back to 1996 so when they handcuffed me and put me in jail, I like anyone else didn't know where to turn but knew I didn't want to stay in jail, worrying about what to do and how to proceed, that's when I called Holly Bail Bonds. I will tell you this all my problems seem to disappear the moment they walked in and gave me my freedom back the staff went beyond, what a person would expect when getting bailed out. It was after 2 AM and I was in the Yreka jail and if anybody knows small towns is that Nothing moves fast, but Holly Bail Bonds was the exception to the rule? There some of the nicest human being I've ever met so waist precious time by calling other, Bail Bonds my advice to you or anyone that needs bailed out is to call them first and that'll save you a lot of time and headaches from the very beginning. Well other than having to pay for bail lol Shawna and Holly are two of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. My husband posted bail and was rearrested on the same case there was a mixup at the jail and because he was arrested on a Saturday there wasn't really much that Shawna or Holly could do until Monday I met her at 8 o'clock in the morning on Monday and she went to bat all the way until I think she clocked out. She called the jail the courthouse she even showed up for my husband's arraignment, and spoke to the judge personally. it took some time but her and Holly managed to work together and they got my husband out.
